Services

- The revisions we provide when proofreading, reviewing and rewriting documents are suggestions only. Our services do not include fact checking.

Payment
- All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.
- You agree to make full payment within 15 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated in the quotation.
- You will provide us with a current and accurate name, mailing address, phone number and email address. You agree to keep this information current until full payment has been made.
Complaints
- You agree to explain your complaint to us in writing before taking any other action.
- You agree to try to resolve disputes with us privately for a period of at least 60 days.
- If, after that time, you feel that we have failed to address your complaint, you should seek advice about appropriate dispute resolution processes.
